What is needed in order to guide emotions is utmost control of which to further allow, once they make themselves known to the mind. Because negative ones such as resentment and hatred, are mere reflections of internal strife. They cast a shadow that distorts the perception of the world. Yet, when your heart overflows with love and embraces the beauty in everything, the essence of your soul remains untouched by decay. Nothing will ever appear rotten to your soul, if your heart is filled with the love and beauty of everything. The alluring refinement of the Lord, our Creator becomes as a vibrant current that flows brightly even in the most intricate spaces of life itself, serving as a guiding light. As often as occurances in life may feel like a crashing wave, as confusing and brutal as their existence may seem meaningless, they but mirror how also Love can ebb and flow from every person's heart to you. And as it goes, so does the colour of your perception make everything shimmer with varying intensity. But always with that same everlasting beauty. Hate and resentment is for people at war with themselves. And in the end they sour nothing but their own soul...

Love is a healing force! The same kind of love that God spoke of in 1 Corinthians 13. "It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

If you seek to do one thing in life it should be delivering pure love and trust onto everyone out of compassion. Because must you love them as you must love the world. It trims their claws with the scissors of kindness. The worst thing you can do to your enemies is to be happy and healthy and wish them the best. To laugh in the face of adversity. This is spiritual triumph. Those who upset you feed on your energy.... will you let them? Or will you focus on the construction of a perfect life for your own sake and for those you love and trust? Do not ever lower the sanctity of your own soul, and always seek the path that will make you further gain inner strength.
